Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities include:
  • Creating and maintaining a resource loaded project schedule utilizing Primavera software
  • Producing status reports for transmittal to the client
  • Project cost accounting
  • Generation and transmittal of correspondence
  • Management of purchase orders and subcontracts
  • Purchasing
  • Interaction with the client for the purpose of coordination, planning and status
  • B.S. Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering with field experience preferred, or equivalent years of experience.
  • Five to ten years of experience with similar tasks in a construction environment is a requirement.
  • Advanced knowledge of Primavera scheduling software is a key influencing factor on consideration for this position.
  • Field experience is a plus.
$70,000 - $85,000

This position will require relocation or travel to be present on the project site during work hours.  Travel and living compensation will be negotiated for well qualified candidates.
